Unidentified substance appears to be a phenidate analogue (not methyl-, ethyl-, isopropyl- or propylphenidate, however). Best spectral match is methylphenidate but retention time is not a match.

Sep 9 2022: The unidentified substance has been alternately identified as an artifact of ethylphenidate (thank you, Y.).
