This is believed to be an Anacin tablet, a product which contains Aspirin and Caffeine. The GC/MS clearly showed Methyl Salicylate in the tested tablet and no aspirin. The lab has hypothesized that Aspirin (AcetaSalicylic Acid) breaks down into Methyl Salicylate during the testing process though we have been unable to verify this.
