On 25th June 2016 a client of the drug-checking service in Perugia submitted a sample for examination, initially thinking it was a LSD blotter dosed with 125µg. The blotter was red and black coloured.

The sample was analysed using RAMAN Spectrometry and the result was Inconclusive. The sample was submitted to a colorimetric test (Ehrlich) by Infoshock. When it was analysed with GC-MS the result was 25I-NBOMe.
